The apartments are warm, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need, such as tea/coffee, shampoo, and washing up liquid. The bathrooms are also very clean and have a beautiful bathtub with plenty of hot water. there are nice little touches like a vanity set and a fitness suite onsite.

The access to the hotel from the reception could be improved.
